Manufy.io creates a unified data environment where all modules communicate in real time. HR connects with Finance, Procurement syncs with Administration, and everything feeds into powerful analytics.
RESTful API for ERP, Payroll & E-Invoicing integration
Subscriber is granted cloud-based access to the complete Manufy.io CHRMS modules for the subscription period. Access is limited to authorized users registered under the organization.
License Scope & User Minimum
The license is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and limited to the organization’s registered users. Minimum 500 users per organization/company is required to activate the subscription.
Customization
Customization is limited to sub-operational flow adjustments. Minor modifications to workflows or sequence of operations within standard modules are allowed; major module changes or additional modules require separate agreements.
Server & Hosting
Flaworks manages all hosting and servers, including infrastructure, storage, network, and system uptime monitoring. Subscriber data resides exclusively on Flaworks-managed servers.
System Updates & Maintenance
Flaworks provides periodic system updates, security patches, and routine technical maintenance to ensure stable and secure operation. Updates may include minor feature enhancements.
User Training & Data Migration
Initial user training and data migration support are provided by Flaworks to ensure smooth system adoption. Training covers login, workflow usage, basic reporting, and sub-operational flow adjustments.
Subscription Fees & Deposit
Activation requires a deposit equivalent to three (3) months of subscription fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Monthly subscription fees cover user access and minor workflow customization.
User Responsibilities
Subscribers must ensure secure login credentials, authorized system usage, and compliance with operational policies. Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is prohibited.
Data Ownership & Security
All data generated by the organization remains the Subscriber’s property. Flaworks ensures data security, backup, and compliance with applicable Malaysian data protection laws.
Termination & Suspension
Flaworks may suspend or terminate access in cases of unpaid fees, violation of T&C, or if security risks are identified. Termination does not absolve the Subscriber from outstanding fees.
Liability
Flaworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability for direct damages is limited to subscription fees paid.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Customization
Includes extensive customization of workflows, reporting, modules, integrations, and UI adjustments. Customization costs are absorbed through monthly user charges, with no upfront fees.
Server & Hosting
Managed by Flaworks with continuous monitoring and security.
User Training & Data Migration
Full training for administrators and end-users; guidance for migrating existing operational data.
Fees & Deposit
Minimum deposit of three (3) months; monthly fees include user access and customization.
User Minimum
Minimum 500 users per organization/company.

Same as Standard SaaS Subscription Deal (data ownership, liability, termination, governing law).
